Terms and Conditions of Sales

1. Purpose
These terms and conditions govern the sale of products and services by Amehir.

2. Orders
All orders imply acceptance of the T&Cs. The essential characteristics of the products are presented on the website.

3. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros, including tax. Any delivery costs are indicated when the order is placed.

4. Payment
Payment is made when the order is placed. In the event of non-payment, Amehir may cancel the order.

5. Delivery
Products are shipped to the address provided. The maximum legal delivery time is 30 days, unless otherwise agreed. The risk of loss or damage is transferred to the customer when they take physical possession of the product. Ownership of the products is transferred to the customer after full payment of the price by the latter.

6. Legal warranties
The customer is automatically entitled to:
– the legal warranty of conformity;
– the warranty against hidden defects.
These warranties apply in accordance with the Consumer Code.

7. Returns and withdrawal
The customer has 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal, except for the following legal exclusions, in accordance with Article L221-28, 3 of the Consumer Code:

· Products from the AMEHIR VISION range (personalized products)

· Products from the AMEHIR ARCHETYPE limited edition range (limited-time collection or exclusive numbered product)

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned product.

8. Mediation
In accordance with Articles L. 611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the customer has the option of using the services of the consumer mediator free of charge. The mediator selected for Amehir is AME Conso – Association des Médiateurs Européens (Association of European Mediators).

Before referring the matter to the mediator, the customer must first contact Amehir at contact@amehir.com to attempt to reach an amicable resolution. If no agreement is reached within a reasonable period of time, the customer may refer the matter to AME Conso for any dispute relating to the performance of the sales contract.

For consumers residing in another European Union country, the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform remains available:

9. Modification of the T&Cs of Sales
Amehir may modify the T&Cs at any time, with the new terms and conditions applying to future orders. Users should consult them regularly. The date of the last modification is indicated at the top of the document.

10. Applicable law
French law applies. For consumers, the competent jurisdiction is that of their place of residence.
